Payments
Stripe processes payment details. This application stores the Checkout Session identifier, Payment Intent identifier, payment status, amount, currency, timestamp, and—when available—a country code. It does not intentionally store card numbers.
Abuse prevention
A one-way hash derived from connection information may be stored temporarily to limit abusive Checkout creation. It is not displayed publicly.
Public information
The site publishes aggregate totals and Canon Event status. If a contributor chooses a nickname and their contribution is among the three highest eligible paid contributions, that nickname and the contribution amount are displayed on the public podium.
Before launch
The operator's legal identity, contact details, retention periods, lawful bases, subprocessors, cookie details, and data-subject request process must be completed and legally reviewed before public launch.
